Having started training in 1989 in Olympic Taekwondo under a Korean master and gaining blackbelt at the age of 18 then moving into kickboxing to add that something extra to his training winning 6 National titles, European title and a World Taekwondo forms title along the way also national K1 champion 2017 had trained and coached fighters to 12 national titles, 6 European titles, 3 .5 nations titles and 2 world titles in kickboxing and K1.

Stefan Moriarty is Head Coach at the renowned Legends Martial Arts Gym and Owner/Editor of Irelands latest Martial Arts Magazine "The 5th Degree".
With almost 30 years martial arts experience Stefan has trained in many disciplines including Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Weapons & Mixed Martial Arts.

He is a 5th Dan  Black Belt in Kickboxing & Taekwondo, a boxing coach, one of the first internationally certified MMA coaches & also certified in sports first aid, safeguarding 1 & 2, Garda Vetted & fully insured.
Stefan is also IKF Ireland's Eastern Representative for Kickboxing in Ireland & a well respected official across mainstream Kickboxing & MMA.

Having trained numerous champions on a national level to World medallists all are welcome for fun or for competition. Located in Sallynoggin Dun Laoghaire classes are available for individual's & groups of all ages.

Ken Molloy is Head Instructor and founder of Fight Club Kickboxing Gym and founder of Trodaire Saoirse Kickboxing System. He holds an 9th Dan Master in Kickboxing, 6th Dan Master in Gan Teora a 5th Dan in Stal-lan-do and 3rd Dan in Mu-gen-do. He also trained in Western boxing.

He is a former Irish and European champion. He has over 35 years experience of Martial Arts. He was Irish president for the WIMAAO from 2010-2016 and Children's Officer for the Irish Kickboxing Federation from 2006-2008. He has trained Irish, European and World Champions. He is a qualified judge and referee.

He is Garda Vetted. He has completed Children's safeguarding levels 1-3, is the D.L.P officer for the gym and is first aid qualified and is also certified to train special needs in sport. He is in the process of completing Level 1 coaching course. He also promotes Kickboxing Shows through Simply Wild Promotions.

Dylan has  been involved in Martial arts and combat sports since the age of 7.
He holds Black belts in both Shotokan Karate & Kickboxing and after debuting as a professional fighter along with many years of coaching, he is now Chief Instructor of his own club and is delighted to become part of IKF Ireland.
Dylan is very passionate about Martial arts and hopes to  add to the IKF as well as continue the growth of his club.

Master Michelle Hogan started training in Taekwondo when she was 6 years old and took up Kickboxing as a Teenager. Michelle is currently a 5th Dan Masters level Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 5th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing. Michelle is a multiple National and World Champion in Patterns/Forms, Sparring and Board Breaking.
Michelle's students have won many accolades including National, British and World Championship titles in Sparring, Patterns/Forms, Self Defence and Board Breaking.

Michelle's classes promote respect, discipline, compassion and empathy for others as well as fitness, flexibility, good health, fun and friendship.

Red Rhino Kickboxing Club is based in Unit 8, Eaton House, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
The Club Coaches James Mc Guirk and Karl Flynn are both 1st Dan Black Belts and they specialise in teaching Kickboxing in all its formats (Light & Full Contact Kickboxing, Low Kick, K-1 etc).
Both men are are certified in First Aid and the Childrens Code Of Ethics and are fully Garda Vetted.
